Today in Mr. Netcovicks class we learned how to idenitfy the cause and effect. As where the effect is more visible then the cause. You kinda have to think a little harder to find the cause. As where if you are sick, then the effect is sneezing, coughing, runny nose etc. but then the cause is harder to identify.

Some tips and stratagies that I learned today about cause and effect are: 1.) If the effect matchs the question What happened?, it's probably right. 2.) If the cause matches the question Why did it happen?, it's probably right. 3.) The effect is usally visual.

I learned from Mr.Netkovick that effects are "what happened ". For example if you get sick the effects are sneezing, coughing, and sometimes throwing up. Also, cause is " how it happened" like if you get sick a cause could be you didn't wash ur hands or your friends have the sickness too. (FYI we didn't finish the packet, so I couldn't talk about packet. :-P

One strategy we learned today was the meaning of cause and effect. Mr. Netcovik gave us some ideas to know whether something is a cause or an effect. For example, we read a story about how hard it is for humans to deal with lions in Kenya. The book was about some Native Americans trying to protect there cattle by killing lions so they don't eat them. The cause in the story was that Lions were killing the cattle of the Native Americans. The effect of the story was killing the Lions so they don't have to worry about them eating there cattle. This is a bad thing because the lion population will decrease and soon they would be extinct.

What I learned from switching teachers today is cause and effect. The tip that I learned was to always find the effect first. I also learned that every cause has an effect. There are also many chains and they are all connected. There are many causes that lead to effects that lead to a cause that lead to effect and ex. Those are somethings and tips that I learned about non-fiction reading today.

I learned that the effect is usually visual. For example, you may be sick and you might have chicken pox. You can see the chicken pox, which is the effect. The cause is usually not visual. When you go to the doctor, they try to find out the cause of the chicken pox.

Today a tip I learned is to always use common sense. Since cause and effect is not very difficult I would think which one would happen first. Another tip I learned was to put yourself in the place thinking what you should do next.

Today we learned about cause and effect. we learned that if you are trying to get the cause, it should be a strong sentence that can lead in to something. If you are trying to get the effect, look at a follow up sentence that has many details, that happened because of something else. you should do what makes sense. That would make it easier to find the cause and effect.

One nonfiction strategy that I learned was how to find a cause and an effect. I also learned about the whole concept of cause and effects. I learned that the effect is usually visible and the cause usually isn't. Also the cause is mainly an action. Also, the cause can sometimes be an effect. And an effect could be a cause.

I learned about cause and effect. I used to confuse them because I thought the cause was the effect and the effect was the cause. It was helpful to learn about them so I could get it straight. I was pleased to get them straight so I could finally and truly uhnderstand the concept.

The nonfiction strategy that we learned yesterday was Cause and Effect, we learned and were taught more about what the strategy of cause and effect is. Mr. Netkovic used excellent examples of what cause and effect is. We learned that Effect is usually visible and is the outcome of an effect that might have happen.
