Be idea he fact that Jeffry is older now you can tell how Jeffry is havin the same situations with girls and all that. Also you can tell how Jeffry is going throught the same thing as steven did and bothe books are about cancer and how people deal with it just in different perspective
The similarities between drums girls and dangerous pie and after ever after are pretty obvious to me. They both include sticky situations that involve boys of the same age group. Also the problems are sometimes cancer based and girl based. For example Jeffery has a crush on a girl and had cancer. Steven has a crush in a girl and his Bro has cancer.
Some similarities I have noticed is that Jeffrey got the same teacher as Steven and Jeffrey is righting about the most annoying thing in the world and so did Jeffrey. Also Jeffrey has a crush on a girl like all the other boys just like Steven liked a different girl which all the boys liked. this are some of the similarities I noticed
I think they are related because Steven and Jeffrey both had a crush on a girl in the beginning. You can already tell that this book is going to have drama, happy times, but, unfortunately, said times. After Ever After has the same character, Jeffrey, as in Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie.
i actually don't see many distinct similarities between these two books except the part where they meet a new crush. but otherwise i see two different books. except drums girls is more up and down mood
The similarities I have noticed are the following-
* Both Jeffrey and Steven have Mrs. Palma
* Both have special "girlfriends" in their lives
* In the same grade
* Mrs. Palma assigned them the same writers topic- " what is the most annoying thing in the world"
* Boys/ Brothers
* Have best friends
* Both are compared to each other
I think that there are a lot of simularities between Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie and After Ever After. One of the most obvious is that they have the same characters. After Ever After is a sequel to drums girls and dangerous pie. They both have the same author, so the writing styles are going to be the exact same. Also, since Steven helped Jeffery in the first book, I think that Jeffery is going to help another character that comes into the story, or maybe even Tad.
The books drums girls and after ever after, have many similarities. Some of them are that the two main characters both had the same experience in school in the aspect of how they both zone out and are like the not accepted right away kids.
The similarities so far in "After Ever After" to Drums Girls is that it is starting the same way if you think about. It starts with Jeff at his graduation just like Steven then it goes back to reality. Where Jeff is in Ms. Palma's class and the writing topic is what is the most annoying thing. Then it goes to his crush just like Steven with Renee. I think the book will take a huge difference from Drums Girls.
In “Drums Girls and Dangerous Pie” and “After Ever After” there are a lot of similarities. One of the similarities is that both main characters each have a girl of their dreams. For example, in DGDP the main character Steven liked a girl named Renee Alberts. Then at the end of the story, he ended up liking his best friend Annette.
Both of the stories are alike is because both of the main characters are brothers. For example, in AEA Jeffery is the main character and his brother is Steven, the main character in the story DGDP.
Another reason both stories are alike is because both of the main characters have best friends. In the story DGDP, Steven’s best friend is Annette, and Jeffery’s best friend is Tad.
Those are the cool similarities between both books.
A similarity that i noticed is in both books there is a really pretty girl in this book it is Lindsay.I dont remember the name of the girl in drums girls but i do think that in after ever after there will be a girl like annette.
One similarity that I have seen between the two books so far is that Jeffrey is a lot like Steven when he was that age. They are alike because they kinda have the same attitude but, Jeffrey is a little more positive then Steven! Another similarity is that Jeffrey has the same writing teacher as Steven did (Miss Palma.) That is cool that they had the same writing teacher! One thing that kinda surprised me is that Jeffrey is a little smoother with his words than Steven was!
I've noticed that in "after ever after" Jeffrey develops a crush on a girl named Lindsey. In "drums, Girls, and Dangerous pie" Steven liked a girl as well!!! :)
Also, I noticed that they both had the same teacher. Steven had Mrs. Palmer and now do does Jeffrey!
There are more
Some similarities that I have noticed between "drums girls and dangerous pie" and "after ever after" are the style of writing. Obviously, this is because it's the same author (duh!)anyways, Jordan sonnenblick has a very particular way that he writes- he adds comedy and makes it his own. Some other similarities are Jeffery and Steven: in both books they are both in eighth grade and have similar characteristics such as their sarcasm and personalities. These are some similarities I've noticed in both books.
one of the teachers (Miss Palma). Jeffrey finds a girls he likes right away just like Steven did. I've also noticed one of the sentences was alike, My luck was coming true. Both had to do with the girls they liked. That's really all so far or at least the main parts that are similar.
Some similarities between Dangerous pie and after ever after is that Jeffrey has the same personality as Steven. Jeffrey has that same sarcastic twist on him. Another similarity between Dangerous pie and after ever after is that there is a girl in Jeffrey's life like their was in Dangerous pie. Like with Steven in Dangerous pie, Jeffrey also has a girl in his life. That is some similarities between Dangerous pie and after ever after.
In the book so far I can tell this book is going to be much like "Drums, Girls and Dangerous Pie". Jeffery is in the same grade as Steven was in the story and he has some of the same teachers. Also they both think that the other's life is perfect. Jeffery wants to be Steven and Steven thought that Jeffery's life was better than his. The last way I think that they think the same way is in writing class they would both blank out. Those are some similarities between the books and the characters.
Jeffrey and Steven have the same teacher.they both liked a girl.
I really dont know the rest because we havent got in far enough.
Jeffrey and Steven have the same experienxces and interpretations avbout things. Middle School is the same for both of them. They both like a girl who they think is out of their league. They both have trouble in paying attention in school.
In Drums, girls, and dangerous pie, Steven had a crush on a girl, and so did Jeffery in After ever After. Also, both of the books are in the same family (the alpers).Jeffery and Steven have the same teacher, Ms.Palma. Both books have the same style of writing because Jordan Sonnenblick wrote both books.
