I think that the most important idea they disscused was self-control. I struggle with it sometimes and but it is a very important trait to have. Also, our class struggles a lot with self-control in the form of talking, and if we didn't talk at inappropriate times our class would have excellent behavior.
I think Mr. Pappa and Ms. Watson really tought us what the ture meaning of CARES is and what it means, with examples. I think we dont realize when we do something we arent supposed to do, but when we do something good, we automatically aknowledge it because we rarely do them. Like when we hold the door open we expect candy or something good in return, because we think it is special to do that, when we should show this gesture everyday in reality. When we do something bad, we think to ourselves, "Oh, no one saw. I wont get in trouble..." And then we continuesly repeat that action. Mr. Pappa and Ms. Watson tought us not to do these things and repeatedly perform the good deeds.
Some of the important ideas that I took away from the meeting with Ms.Watson and Mr.Pappa this morning was that jumping up to touch the exit signs and doorway entrances are disrespectful to our school property. Also I learned how much more important the rules of our school are so important at the end of the year. They should always be important but at the end of the year you want to finish strong and do the best you possibly can.
I feel that the most important thing that came out of our meeting with the principle and assistint principle was that our safety is the main concern. The teachers are only trying to help us out of trouble or danger when they yell at us. This also shows that the faculty and staff really care about what happenes to us in school.
The most important ideas that I took with me from todays meeting with Ms. Watson and Mr.Pappa were being safe in school. Also what Kobe said a bout respect was really important and well said...it might not have been what they were looking for but it was true and it was right. These were important because they made it clear that bad behavior will not be tolerated and how you should treat other students and faculty member, not only at TBS but in life.
I think the most important lesson is that get used to being more strict about assignments and homework.I think this is good to know because next year you will go to detention from not bringing in what you need in time. Also that is better for studying habits because the closer you are to higher grades the better grades you need for college. This is why i thought the morning announcement was very important.
Well, I didn't really learn anything new, but i guess i should watch my self if I'm not behaving. I don't want to get in trouble.
the most important thing i learned from the morning meeting with ms.watson and mr.papa was that there is only 27 days of school left and we want to leave a good mark. i think this was important because the last couple weeks of school are suppose to be fun but, thats when we get kind of out of control and, it wont be fun if we have to disciplined.
the most importantant ideas I took away from the meeting this morning was that we shouldn`t be rude or icslusive and you should be caring. Also, you shouoldn`t hang on door jams.
I took away lots of things from that metting. But still i am already perfect so that one thing , just kidding!;) Another thing i learned was that you should always be with a teacher in tge hallway!( mr. B!!!!) My last thing was that you should always make eye contact with the speaker. That is not my favoite thing to do but it dose so respect and that you are listening. That is what i walked away with after that meeting. I actually walked away with more important things but to many to count!!! ;)
I think that the most important thing that I got is that just because it's the end of the year that does not mean that the usual rules don't apply and that it's OK to behave inappropriately, because that is not true.
The most important details I took away from our meeting with Ms. Watson and Mr. Pappa this morning was that we have to follow our school rules and CARES. I also took away that we always haveto be safe, whether in a classroom or in the hall.
i think that it was important that they reminded us that jumping up to touch the door frame thingymabobs isn't safe. Also, it was important that they told us that they will take time from Farmington club.
Well the most important thing that I took away from our meeting was the self control. She said that sometimes you need to just walk away from things. People have been really getting on my nerves(don't worry none of you classmates) and I need to just walk away. I might be calm on the outside, but I took an acting class so I KNOW how to fake it. So, I say i'll say this not everything that Ms.Watson said meant in school. It could be outside of school that your a HOT HEAD!
I think that i learned to always reflect on the things that i can improve on and the things i can do to help others and myself.
I don't really understand what hour trying to ask here...
the main thing i learned is that they will really buckle down and that their tolorance will be very low to breaking the safety rules. Everything else i already knew.
That if we do not do what we are asked then they will take away recess. Also that they have a low tolerence because we are almost 7th graders.
The most important thing i learned is that If you are not good, you will not have time at that place y thing. I do not know really yet what that place is and if it is good or not but I do not want to not got to that place. That would be bad.
Some of the important ideas I took from the meeting is that we need to try to improve on some of the things we do such as not trying to jump and hit the top of the doors and that we should not run int he halls because we might not see someone and then we could run into them and someone could get really hurt. Also that you should stay with your teacher or in the group that you are in when you are going somewhere. Those are some of the important ideas I took from the meeting.
