I mean yeah I can relate to this. I see it all the time in romantic comedies. The only real time that i did kind something like that is leave a elevator door open for an old lady. So really I do not really think I can really really relate that much to this topic but i can realize how others could. so yeah.
I can totally relate to this "beau geste" thing. Many times at the end of something mostly, I like to end with a bang and do something great. Also, I have done a few "beau gestes" in my lifetime if I do say so myself, and all very remembered still. Ah, good times those, seriously. I have led pranks at camp and created things to occupy some spare time anywhere.
I canso relat to that J-Wall!!!
Actually, I really can't remember a time. I have thought about it, and probaly have, but i just can't remember. Sorry :(.
I can not relate to beau geste.
This is crazy but, I don't remember a time, or anything for that matter that could relate me to this blog topic. Either that or I'm totally confuzzled by it!
Yes I can relate to this. I do a lot of nice things for people. I also give people a lot of the candy/ treats I have, if that counts.
I can relate to the idea of "beau geste" because people sometimes do it for me and i do it for them. For example, I hold doors open for people if I see they are coming through, even though that isn't much.
Sorry, but i can't think of a gesture bu i think i migh have done one. Here is my gesture, once when i was ten m dad was having his birtday soon so i decied pay the whole bill of this whole dinner with a expensive desert.I don't know if this is a gesture but, i think it is.My mom also did something that i still counts as a gesture on day i lost my lunchbox but, my mom drove me personally to school and get it.For what i know my mom usually makes me wait or just your fault. These are examples i think are gestures.P.S If this is a gesture please leave a comment on this comment and i will know thanks for whoever replies.Later
I have done many "beau geste" things. I dont want to waste all your time on my own blog but I have held the door open at a senior citzens center for probably 15 to 20 minutes so everybody could enter. That is just one but as I said I have done many " beau geste" but I dont think you have time. I hope you enjoy the weather!
I can relate to the idea of making a "baeu geste". Iv'e thought of it before I guess, but I have never really done one that I can think of. I do think that Tad/Jeffrey will do one though. It may have somthing to do with Lindsey I think.
I've done quite a few in my life. One time I was feeding at a soup kitchen and I gave this one homeless person extra dessert. Does that count?
So this "Beau Gests" thing, I can relate to. I have Done nice things for people like whenn I went to New York. I held a hotel door for about a million different people. I have done other nice things to but they have run off into the land of cant remeber in my brain. Wish i could live there. I hear they eat Cotton candy for lunch EVERY DAY!!. XP
P.s it told me I had to many exlamation marks. How it that possible?!
I have seen many "Beau Gestes" before. Every day I see someone holding a door open for someone, and helping someone do everyday things. Everyday my dad offers to drive me to school and my mom offers to pick me up, but I decline the offer... That is a time i can relate to with seeing a "Beau Geste".
PS, oh yeah. At camp we are assigned these younger kids to help them around camp (we call them little sisters). And everyday I showed my "little sister" around and showed her how camp is and I think I really helped her with her 1st camp excperience.
I agree with Jonny. I have done a few whatcha ma call its in my life. I cant remember. I have see (like jonny) many romantic comedies and they have done alot of those things.
I can relate to this "beau geste" because believe it not I did do some big bangs in my life. I like to act all normal and sweet then I let it fire! Like in art after school I once let on fire but it was a long story so I am not going to tell it. But I also hold doors for people and help my mom out. I do more of the little jester's. Noelle or Ally would know the after school art thing.:)
I can sorta relate because I can remember a few times where I performed a "beau geste". I remember one time I was on a cruise with my family and some of my parents friends, when we would go to dinner or someplace, I would hold the elevator door open for people or I would hold a door open. Those are a few time that I can remember performing a "beau geste".
Yes, one mothers day I made my mom scrambled eggs, I got flowers, and we went to a movie that she was dying to see. That sounds like a ideal mothers day. That was one of my "beau geste"moments.
Yes, I can relate to this. I know i have done something like this before but at the moment I cant think of one. But, in plenty of books I have read and movies i have seen a boy who likes a girl will help her pick up a dropped notebook or something. I mean i have help someone up plenty of times if that means anything. But other then the usual "helping hand" or what ever you want to call no i can not relate to this.
I could totally relate to that... In fourth grade I broke my hand and I had this bulky cast like thingy and the day I got my cast on I was late to school so my mom drove me. she was waiting for me to get in just in case I needed help opening the doors. I told her I was fine so she left. They were already at lunch so I went to open the door and I couldn't do it I waited almost the whole lunch period waiting for someone to open the door. Finally I kid saw me stuggeling and opened it for me! I was SO glad and exhausted.
Well I have done beautiful gesture before alot in my time. But I believe I didn't do one recently...But I'll reply again when I figure one out.
