I think this book is like an accident in the middle of a 4 way intersection because when 2 cars crash ( or in the case of the book there is fighting between Lexi and Anna) can hurt somebody or put them in a dangerous situation.
This is like an accident waiting to happen because everyone has there own opinions. Like in a car accident everyone has there own perspectives, and each person see's a different part.
This is like an accident in the middle of a busy intersection because the story may come from many different points of view
Since the story is told from 7 different kid's perspectives, everyone looks at the same story in a different way. If there was an accident in the middle of a busy intersection, there would be 5 different perspectives (Including the people in the crash themselves.). Each person looks at the crash at a different angle.
The book is like an accident because there are people who are in it, near it, or futher away. All the people have different point of views. For example: The people or person who's in it knows everything about the accident. The people who are near it but are not in it, know almost everything but not everything because cars might be in front of theirs so they cant see it that clearly. But for the people who are way in the back always exaggerate about how serious the accident really is. I know this because I had personal experience with this. This relates to the book because all 7 characters had different points of view.
"Because of Mr. Terupt," is like an accident that happens in the middle of a busy intersection because it is the same story, but everyone has a different perspective. This is like an accident in a busy intersection because if that happened, everyone would see the same accident, but they would all have a different story because it was from a different point of view.
Since Because of Mr Terupt is split into seven perspectives, it is like an accident in the middle of a four way intersection. This is because when there is an accident in the middle of the four way intersection the four cars on each side of the intersection can see a different point of view of what the accident looks like. And in this book all the seven perspectives are telling what they think of what is going on in the book.
jules and i were thinking the same thing almost. the accident happened in a four way intersection and just like in the book each of the seven children tell what is happening in their own words.
This book is like an accident because all of the different character's are all friends with somebody and alexia is just causing the accident.
The book Because of Mr. Terupt is like a busy intersection because everyone sees the same accident but they see it at different angles. Some might describe the situation differently than others would.
The book Because of Mr. Terupt is like a busy intersection because everyone sees the same accident just from different angles. In the story all the characters experience the same things but they all tell the same story differently.
i think maddie made a good connection from the book. shes totally right on how everyone sees the accident just from different angles.
It is like a busy intersection, because everyone has different relationships with each other that intersect all different ways and go all different speeds. If you go to fast you may crash.
this book is like an accident that happens in the middle of a busy intersection because ever since they met there have been a lot of problems like who can be friends with who etc.
It is like an accident because you have 7 kids in 5 grade the have different personalities Luke is smart Pete is not and they have a new teacher so they think he doesn't know what he's doing but he's does that is why it is like a accident
Because Of Mr.Terupt is like a accident that happens in the middle of a busy intersection because there are 7 different perspectives and so many things are going on like who not to like and be friends with and who are the smart people and who aren't smart , so its all a big mess just like a crash would be in the middle of a intersection.
The book "because of Mr.Terupt" is like an intersection because there are always cars in the middle of the street or don't have there blinkers on. It is like the book because Alexa is not being truthful to her "friends". She is also being disrespectful to someone who stand up just like Jessica did to Alexa for being friends with Daniel.
All the witnesses of the accident can all tell the story of how they saw it from their point of view.
In the book there are a lot of characters, each telling a different story. One of the characters (I think her name is Lexi) lies a lot. Some other people are honest (Daniella, Jessica and Luke). Another character makes bad choices (Peter). All the girls in the book fight and disagree with each other at times. Not everyone has the same side of the story. Each one has different opinion on what's going on. If there is a car accident in a busy intersection I think everyone could have a different side of how the accident happened and people could blame other people for causing the accident. People might lie and say they didn't cause it so they won't get in trouble.
This book is like an accident at an intersection because at the four different roads in the intersection the people would see the accident from a different point of view. In the book there are 7 different people seeing the school day from a different point of view. Like in the book when Luke made the fire alarm go of he was like oh shoot and Peter was laughing.
This book is like an accident in the middle of a busy intersection because each person has there own opinion. It's like the cars think that their light is green. They all have there own opinion of what happened because they all saw it from a different perspective. Say it was red for one of the cars and green for the other one, people who also have red saw the crash. But they all saw it from different perspectives. So people from different sides have different thoughts of what happened. If Alexia and Danielle are fighting, other people think different reasons on why Danielle and Alexia are fighting. Thats why I think that this book is like an accident in the middle of a busy intersection.
I think "Because of Mr. Terupt"s 7 different perspectives are like an accident that happens in the middle of a busy intersection because during the story all 7 kids tell their story though their own eyes, and each and everyone is different in a way. When their is an accident in the middle of an intersection there are four different points of view from each crossing. Which is like Mr. Terupt's class because if their is a problem everyone of them has a different opinion or thoughts that happen to help the children adapt to the situation and see the problem differently.
I think this book is like the example given because all of the characters from the book don't quite understand each other and end up crashing into each other trying to get by. This is also like that because it is told from all different perspectives and shows there misconceptions of each other and how they think of themselves in the world along with other main characters too, just like a real person sometime thinks.
Mr. Terupt is about 7 different perspectives. Jessica is the new girl.
Alexia the bully of the school. Peter The class prankster. And other people.
"Because of Mr. Terupt" is like a accident in the middle of a busy intersection because different people see the same event in different ways. There can be people in the back, the front, left and right and people will see the accident in different ways.
I think it's like an accident because every one has a diffrent point of view, so people think every thing happens in a diffrent way.
This book is like an accident at an intersection because everyone sees things differently. In the book seven people tell the same story but each story is different. For example Peter thought the year with Mr. Terupt would be really fun, yet Justin thought school would still be boring. The two boys thought two different thing about the same thing just like how someone might see something different than someone else with the car accident.
This book is like an accident that happens in the middle of a busy intersection because each pair of eyes sees the same event, but each pair of eyes sees it in a different view, opinion, angle, and/or way. For example, someone in the car accident might be blaming the vehicle on the opposite side of them for crashing into them, and the other car might be saying that the first car did the same thing to them. Also in Mr. Turupt's class, the students will see the day the same, but reflect on it differently. For example, the might blame each other like in the car accident but they also might just say something about their peers' personality and/or reputation to help support their point of view about the day.
At the busy intersect when the accident happens. One person may get very upset because he is now stuck in traffic. Another person was just saying cool is there any dead people. Another person was oh what a waste of cars. Another person was saying i hope no one got hurt. Another person was saying this is so epic i need a camera. Another person was saying well that was money wasted. The last person was saying oh no investigations are going to happen.
Just like there are many perspectives of the accident there are seven different perspective in this book is about starting school. One person who is very new and having hard time fitting in. The other person is a bully who changes her behavior every second. She wanted to start school so she could boss everyone around. One person who hates school and just did not want to be there. Anna who is an outcast she was upset because no one was talking to here. Peter a prankster and a big troublemaker and he was thinking yay time to blow stuff up. Luke who is a genius he was excited to go back to school so he can learn new stuff. Danielle a person who is shy and never stands up for herself. She didn't want to be in school because she was afraid of a bully bothering her.
The book we are reading is like an accident because each person who saw it has a different perspective with the different angles.
Everyone has a different perspective and sees a different part of the accident. From one person's view, no-one is hurt but from another's, They are. This is like "Because of Mr. Terupt" because it can be see in different perspectives. In "Because of Mr. Terupt," Danielle may have her feeling hurt, but Alexia and most other girls didn't know.
The book is like an accident because everyone sees something different. One car might see the person, a truck might see the trunk and not think it is that bad. And then theres the person in the accident. In this case danielle is the one in the accident, aleixa is the one who thinks its not that bad, anna is the car trying to help, and jessica is the car that just got there and has no idea whats going on.
I think its like a crash because all of the seven kids are trying to jam all of their perspectives in the book at one time.
This book is like an accident that happens in the middle of a busy intersection because Lexie is like a driver that causes chaos as she NEVER follows rules. Lexie tells the new girl not to be friends with Daniela or herself. She tells Daniela not to be her friend or the new girl's friend. Then she calls everyone names and tells them lies about each other. For example she says bad things about two boys so they do not like each other anymore. The same with another boy and girl. Soon everyone is confused about how they feel about each other. Mr. Terupt is not noticing anything and this makes things way more chaotic.
The book is like an accident that happens in the middle of a busy intersection because there are many people involved but they all see different things. Each person in the accident or story sees it differently so it's hard to tell what really happens from just 1 person. You need to hear from each person that was there to know the whole story.
i think this book is like a busy intersection because everyone has different perspective.it all depends on where you are in the accident.(Example)were you in the accident? were you a witness of the accident? or were you there after the accident happened. everyone always has a perspective. some are wrong and some are right. sometimes you will never know unless you are in the accident.
I think its like an accident in the middle of a busy intersection because when something happens to one person it effects everyone around them and stops it.
The book " Because of Mr.Terupt" is like a crossroad
intersection. Each of the seven kids have a different point
of view at school. They think of the other students
in a completely different way. Their thoughts of the
other students have to do with their own background.
Their thoughts of other students also have to do
with others' influence. For example, with Alexia's
influence, Jessica thought that Dannielle shouldn't
be her friend. On the other side, Dannielle knows
that Alexia isn't a good friend. Another example is that
Peter thought that Luke's concoction steaming and
everyone going outside, plus the fire department
coming was a good thing. But in Luke's perspective,
he thought he was going to get in trouble. He hoped that
Mr. Terupt. wouldn't trust him with what he was doing
to feed his plant.
This book is similar to an accident on a busy intersection. After an accident everyone who was involved or saw it has to tell the story exactly how they saw it. Everybody thinks differently so their perspectives will all be at least a little different. Similarly in the book everyone definitely has a different point of view and also they all have a different experience so they will explain what happened differently. For example, Luke made a concoction for his plant's food and instead of turning out the way he expected, it started steaming seconds later and the fire alarm rang. He thought he was going to be in big trouble. On the other hand, Peter thought it was fun for the alarm to go off and the fire department coming in. Another example is in September, Jessica believed Alexia's word about Danielle and became Alexia's friend. But from Danielle's point of view, she has been Alexia's friend for a while and sometimes Alexia had been mean to her. Danielle knows that Alexia is a bad friend.
I think it is like a 7 way intersection because there are 7 students who all tell how they feel in the book. Every student in Mr. Terupt's class tells their story about school a different way, like each car in the 7 way intersection sees the car crash at a different point and they think differently about who caused it first.
The book Because of Mr. Terupt is like a busy intersection because everybody sees the say accident but at different angles. They tell the accident differently because they had seen it and different view points.
If there were two or more people and there is a problem, you would get more than one perspective of the problem. In because of Mr. Terupt, there are 7 people narrating the story. In a intersection there is more than 4 perspectives. In conclusion, there can be more than one perspective in a problem
